The Microsoft Word template in can be downloaded from IEEE conference template page:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">Click here<\/a><\/p><p><b>NOTE:<\/b>\u00a0Once the paper is submitted, we shall start reviewing it, so authors cannot update\/resubmit the paper. They should submit the final version, update\/resubmissions are not allowed.<\/p><p>The paper shall consist of original and previously unpublished work, including specific results. The \u2018Introduction\u2019 of the paper shall clearly indicate the unique aspects of the submission and how it is related to the previous work.<\/p><p>All paper submissions must be electronic, using IEEE Xplore compliant PDF format (*.pdf). Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the paper.<\/p><p>Type 3 fonts (bitmaps) will not be accepted. Authors can use the IEEE PDF eXpress to generate compliant PDF Files for final submission.<\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>PAPER UPLOAD:<\/h4><p>All papers must be submitted in PDF or as a Microsoft Word Document via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit : CMT<\/p><p>The submitting authors may be required to create a Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit account before uploading the paper (if the submitting author does not have a Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit account). While uploading the paper, the authors should provide the title of the paper, an abstract of no more than 250 words and keywords in the respective text boxes in the paper submission page.<\/p><p>Please note that all accepted papers that are registered and presented in the conference will be sent for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore. The authors must agree to the IEEE copyright conditions and sign the IEEE copyright form as part of the online submission process. Our reviewers are volunteers not a part of our organization and their efforts are greatly appreciated. The practice of keeping all information confidential during the review is part of the standard communication to all reviewers. Misuse of confidential information is a severe professional failure and appropriate measures will be taken when brought to the attention of the Conference Organizers. It should be noted that the Conference Organizers will not be responsible for the consequences when reviewers break confidentiality.<\/p><p><strong>Review Process:<\/strong><br \/>By submitting a paper to the conference, the authors agree to the our review process and understand that papers will be peer reviewed by our expert reviewers after checking of plagiarism from a plagiarism checking software (preferably \u201cTurnitin\u201d). Papers with more than 30% similarity index will be summarily rejected without review. For final camera ready submission the similarity index must be below than 15%.<\/p><p><strong>Plagiarism:<\/strong><br \/>INCIP 2025 respects Intellectual Property Rights. Plagiarism consists of wrong appropriation of someone\u2019s content, thoughts, ideas by representing as one\u2019s original work. This type of violation of ethical principles will not be entertained by the conference at any cost. It should be noted that papers having more than 20% plagiarized text will not be processed, hence they will be summarily rejected.<\/p><p><strong>Dual\/Double Submissions:<\/strong><br \/>The goals of our conference are to publish exciting new work for the first time and to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers. By submitting a manuscript to the conference, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection, and will be reported to the other venue to which the submission was sent. Any submission to the conference should not overlap with prior publications or other concurrent submissions. If you need to cite a different paper of yours that is being submitted concurrently to the conference, the authors should cite these papers, argue in the body of your paper why your paper is non trivially different from these concurrent submissions; and include those papers in the supplemental material. Authors are encouraged to contact the Organizing Chairs about any clarifications.<\/p><p><strong>Attendance responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>The authors must agree that if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper there. Acceptance of a paper does not claim for final publication.\u00a0<strong>Only presented papers will be forwarded to publication partner<\/strong>.
